What's your workout routine
You look like a cute little mango in yellow😂
Productivity 101 😂😂😂😂😂
Took 6 weeks off work recently (back surgery). I realized how much I missed my ladies and kids (work in primary school in the kitchen, not pimp 😆)! Plus, every time I applied for a new job to get out of the kitchen, a sign always came my way telling me that I belonged there. You confirmed my theory! Thank you!
when it's easy to say no cause you're an introvert
The best technology my budget allows: sticking my phone, which stops working when it's cold, into my bra to heat it up.
Multitasking by folding laundry and watching your videos
Pee……whoop. This is the first time I have used YouTube for productivity. The multitasking tip is amazing . That's why you are you tube star+a hoooooot doctor.
How ironic is it that I’m doing homework while watching this.
This video is awesome but have a question about Self Reflection. I feel like this is something I'm good at, but sometimes it can take over. Like, I keep replaying it over and over to the point that I become anxious and can't sleep. How do you cope with this?
I'm multitasking by watching the video and reading the comments
wow, that's a trippy shirt
Doctor Mike! Was that a fountain pen? Are you fellow rabbit hole stuck person?
the second you said "learn to say no" I was like… nop, not going to happen
Sometimes I forget that Bear isn’t a bear/dog hybrid 😂

Why do u always remind us of sleeping 7 to 9 hours while I’m watching ur vids at 2 AM and i have to wale up at 6:30???
Hey Dr.Mike!! I’m new to your videos and love them so much. I also want to go into medical field (I want to be a PA.) I came across a questions I’ve been curious for a while now, is it bad to wear earbuds/AirPods for a long time? Do they cause an increase in ear wax? How do I know if I’m wearing them too often?
Belly button alert at 5:11
I should be studying for my math-ed certification exam… But I'm so scared of failing that I don't want to even be near the study material. How do I get over the fear?
It's hard to go to sleep early in the night when YouTube, and SocialMedia is all you think about
To much advertising but other than that it was good
Turn the controller on
His editing is hilarious
Hey! I am a 1st year medical student. I am facing ALOT of problems regarding studies. I get panic attacks while studying. I am comfortable watching lecture videos but I can't read books as they stress me out! But without reading course books you can't do good in M.B.B.S. Please help me out.
What a creative video! you see so many productivity videos but they're all so predictive , this one tho is a real gem, great work doctor Mike!
Dr. Mike you’ve mentioned that you spend an hour commuting almost everyday, does commuting has bad effects on a person’s health? Love your channel ❤️
Is active procrastinating writing a 30 page Physics essay in less than 24hours?👀🤔
It would be awesome if you did a meditation/ lecture on headspace.I think you have some great thoughts that could really help people (me) out!
This video was posted on my birthday. I think it’s a sign I need to be more productive 😫
Hey doctor Mike…I just loved the part where u spoke about how to multitask detaching ourself from the internet and take a complete break and the most imp constantly learning. You are truly my inspiration.tysm.
Anime and YouTube are my weaknesses
I get 7-8 hours of sleep.
It’s just from 2 AM to 11 AM
Loved your video! Right now I'm just a mess I feel so lazy and unorganized…I'm a stay at home mom and need to be more productive and be less messy. It's so hard but I'm really pushing myself and this video helped a bit! Thank you 😊
okay but please see this – how do i do all this while being depressive with no energy its such a chicken and egg scenario.
Your dog is so cute!
😍😍aww handsome doctor
I cannot say no; this is my greatest weakness in life. Actually, I can’t say no to other people but is say no to myself all the time, which is even worse. I’m not sure why this is so difficult for me but it seems insurmountable.
Please tell me that isnt a canada goose down jacket 🤬🤯
He said “but the best tech your budget can afford” 😂😂 bruh what I can afford is the phone that keeps freezing!
If my brain needs to keep me moving, what should a software developer (for example) do?
Is this video about productivity or "The Great Courses Plus", couldnt tell?
I love when I'm told I need 7-9 hours of sleep to stay productive! 😀
Well u are responsible. Cant get over of you😍
Productivity is a hobby of mine
Sometimes Dr Mike's hyper-excitability really gets up my nose. And I just feel sometimes that due to his current 'fame', he's overreaching himself. He could do with some serious chilling, which is also 'massively productive'.
My dog is also named bear!!
"With great procrastination comes great productivity." I totally agree to this because I work well under pressure lol.
When you realize that the t-shirt in his reflection behind him is white.
so basicly: Use Great Courses Plus and you are productiv.
1:05Holy cow, Dr. Mike uses a Montblanc Skywalker… one more win for fountain pen community!
I like the bloopers part
I dont think video games are a good way to spend your free time. In psychology, it is known that playing video games can make a person to behave violently. Not all video games off course. I am a person that do multitasking a lot! And listening to my oen recording for a test is a great tool for me. Or even watching lessons on youtube. Any way, I love to see you on the videos, that's all 😜👍🏻🇨🇴
A Doctor talking about using time… I've seen this in at least 2 different series before…
This video was 80% commercial. 🙁
BEAR is SOOOOO Cute!
Isn’t multi-tasking actually your brain switching from one task to the other extremely fast, rather than actually doing 2 or more things simultaneously…. Therefore, practice makes you better at it? Also does this have to do with the white matter in your brain that connects the two hemispheres? Could you possibly do a video about that and explain what that stuff really is/does?
Stay Happy and Healthy!! lol Btw, working on it, I have another question, how would a connective tissue disorder like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome effect the fascia in your body, especially when having surgery and also just possibly causing pain pretty much all over. I’d really love to hear about that stuff especially because I have EDS and it has screwed with my life a lot. PT is really like the only true thing that helps long term and doing my best to keep inflammation down and not do thing that’ll put strain on my joints causing a subluxation potentially. January of 2018, I still wasn’t able to go to PT on a regular basis and I needed to strengthen my core, my multifidus muscles that no one tells you are there until you need them lol, and just everything around my bigger joints and larger muscle groups. So that’s when I started with a practice snare drum pad. I played drums like 12 years ago for only a few months because it would hurt my shoulders and joints too much and I was not aware I had anything wrong. So I knew at this point how much core strength and more importantly stamina is involved with drumming, so I started with just a pad for maybe 5-10 minutes total. Eventually like 8 months later my parents got me a drum kit (August 2018) that was on clearance plus floor model discount and I was able to get a throne (chair) that had a removed coccyx because that helps me with comfort and pressure on my sacrum. Then setting everything up, I started with the throne at a comfortable height and then the pedals where my feet naturally would fall and then no cymbals or anything above shoulder height, so the kit suits my ergonomics very well. I was able to get all my measurable tests done a couple times as I progressed and it showed that my own version of PT was helping my grip strength, leg strength in pretty much all areas, helped my posture a good amount, helped me lose weight, helped me get my cardiovascular system more under control (I used to have a pulse sometimes of 140-160 just sitting doing nothing because I have dysautonomia aka POTS along with EDS) and I think also very importantly it has given me a psychological and emotional escape because much of my time is spent like upstairs in my house because I’m unable to handle the stairs. That’s been one of my goals for a long time, to get up and down them fairly easily, but unfortunately I have yet to achieve that and I actually had a few bad subluxations in my right knee and it’s been just blowing up like a balloon, so I’m actually already going to see my doc for my monthly, but plan to talk about that as well lol your favorite line, Go see your doctor 👨🏻⚕️.
So yeah, if you actually read this, awesome. I hope you do and are interested in my couple questions. Also, is there anyway to help the sweats and temperature problems that come with dysautonomia? Cause I can deal with a daily high level of pain, but that stuff on top of it where your skin almost like hurts, it gets to be too much sometimes.
Thanks, really enjoy your content, maybe just add an introduction for your thighs along with your nephews lol 😂 forreal though, how much you squat and deadlift man?
Dr mikes t shirt: 🚫social media🚫
Dr Mike: so the first thing I do when I get up…
Your self-reflection bit made me lol…
Best information under 7 minutes ❤
1:16 Granted, but please don't destroy your camera in the process.
9 hour sleep is probably too much
GREAT COURSE PLUS!!!
Wishing I could walk a bear🙃
My problems are I have a routine, but half the time I don't stick to it. I have an addiction to my computer (I don't own a smart phone because I have no self control). I tend to stay up too late and tired so I don't get enough sleep. Plus I'm a very passive procrastinator. I have things that have to be done, but I don't want to do them, so I put them off. It's why my house looks terrible and is over-cluttered. I probably need to seek help…
How did you learn by heart all this anatomy weird names??? That's a lot and so hard
How do I say no to part of my useless homework if I am a highschool student? If I don't hand in my work on time, I get detention. 🙁
Streaming video to the tv while eating, announces "MULTITASKING!!", stops the stream to go back to phone so I can run to the bathroom. Am I doing this right?
All those motional videos with Dwane The Rock Johnson says adults only really need 5 hours of sleep. I dislike that, though. I tried that, I was exhausted all day. And the “motivation” wears off after a couple days. Thanks for the video, Dr. Mike. Yes..say no!!!! Our generation is afraid of saying “no”. And others almost get offended when being told “No” but we need to remember this is OUR life!
Productivity starts in the bedroom. "Hell yeah doc!"
Can you do a video on vulva cancer please?Doctor Mike binge 2019 🙂
Sleeping? Then why do medical residences work marathon long shifts?
Did anyone else what a 30 minute ad about chemicals?😂
I ALWAYS LOVE each and every person.-Alexis Kironde
Dr mike is literally the epitome of the "why do i feel so good all the time" starter pack meme
My coworker told me to learn how to say no to other co-workers if I have things I need to get done
I like that you brought up that you’re an auditory learner. I’ve been one to neglect my learning preference for years, once I knew my strengths, i was able to find tips on how to optimize my studying sessions.
Can we all agree that his stethoscope is really just props at this point?
Hi Doctor Mike, I keep finding grey or even white hairs every now and then. And I'm only 19. Is this normal? People have told me that it's due to stress, but it's pretty common for people in college (or in life) to be stressed while it is not so common to have white hairs when you are young. So I was just wondering if there's anything I can do to help get rid of my few-but-still-very-annoying white hairs. Also, I wonder what you think about the association between stress and hair loss and like how to prevent that. These questions have been troubling me for a while now. I will really appreciate it if you can clear them out for me. Thank you so much!
3:33 Then Why are you using a MacBook? (Pro, but still)And I don't mean because it's a Mac, Macs are great. But how can you be productive with such a horrible keyboard? As I said Macs are great, but the only Computer I would buy from Apple at the Moment would be a Desktop (iMac, iMac Pro, Mac Mini or Mac Pro)
PS: Oh I see, you are using a (somewhat) better keyboard at your desk, a workaround for a problem that shouldn't exist.
Okay, but your brain doesn't truly multitask. It just switches back and forth rapidly
6:53–6:56 words to live by. Thanks Dr. Mike
I'm really sorry but I have to call BS on one point. You don't need the best computer/phone/tablet your budget allows. You need the best that works with your needs. If you just need a writing computer get the cheapest one you can get as long as it's battery life works for you. I hate it when people buy gaming grade laptops for basic work stuff. They will eat your battery faster than that midtier laptop
This guy is not a doctor
Doesn’t life get tiring if you’re just being productive day after day? I mean what’s the purpose in that?
My work is going to school, so i'm supposed to take a break from it and do what i love (playing games)?
I loved your dressing 😍
At 0:54 He's wearing this shirt but in the mirror on the back it looks like he's wearing a white shirt I'm scared…
Why aren’t u joining USERN??
1:06 When you can’t decide what shirt to wear
I want to see how Dan looks like!
I think exactly like you. You're my favorite person
So you drive an M235i, nice car
