I think this point is clear For me, listen please This channel is not about Kareem Ali’s food This is more rather my general eating I am more committed to ketogenic diet most of the time recently, I have tried protein-sparing modified fast (PSMF) That’s a diet with very high proteins and no carbohydrates and no fats This is a diet just for certain reasons And for certain people and not to anyone I will share my experience on PSMF on New Thought
at the end of January (2020) When I complete the full experience But I am more committed to ketogenic I have experienced with keto diet a state of health or in focus and weight like I have not experienced with low card diets Or moderate eating Or as some people (erroneously) understand, “eat anything you like” (The verse of the Qur’an) “Eat and drink, and do not be extravagant” they understood it wrong. I have tried a lot of that, it did not work out for me. I am a ketogenic person most of the time My (preferred) food By God, I love meat Meat more than any other food and broccoli or asparagus I would eat meat every day
Or Broccoli and Asparagus I would not get tired of them Our God has made me so much love meat This is my favourite dish My favourite drink in the morning Of course, coffee, I love coffee very much But it is once a day. But my favourite drink now
A scoop of spirulina And a scoop of chlorella
and a scoop of Moringa in the morning. That drink changed my life in many ways, and I have talked about it on the mother channel, New Thought My dietary supplement a long time ago that was multi-minerals My favourite now, the one that I cannot do without when I travel is Shilajit. This is absolute magic for me. for me, is magic… absolute magic I can’t do without Shilajit. I don’t now take with me most of the vitamins.
